Ministry of Education, Science and Technology will now distribute the “No Objection Certificate” (NOC), a document required for studying in Foreign Countries from National Education Board at Bhaktapur.
Before this decision, NOC was distributed from Keshar Mahal. Ministry of Education informed as Keshar Mahal is currently getting renovated, National Education Board, Sanothimi will be circulating NOC for the time being. The notice issued by the Ministry mentions the NOC distribution to be done from Sunday onwards.
Along with the No Objection Certificate, the work related to Academic Consultation, Certification, and Scholarship will be operated from Bhaktapur. Although the Ministry of Education was within the premises of Singha Durbar, the works of these divisions were done from Keshar Mahal.
