KATHMANDU: In an effort to streamline the process of reporting complaints, grievances, and suggestions, the Makwanpur District Police Office has implemented a QR code-based system. By scanning the QR code, individuals can easily access a web form where they can provide their personal details and submit their concerns.
According to District Police Office Makwanpur spokesperson DSP Lakshmi Bhandari, the QR codes will be strategically placed in government offices and public places throughout the district. This initiative aims to enhance service delivery by making the complaint process more accessible and convenient for citizens.
QR Code Usage Instructions:
- Scan the Makwanpur District Police Office QR code using your smartphone.
- Upon scanning, a web page will open with a form.
- Fill out the form with your full name, gender, address, email, and contact number.
- In the designated space, provide details about any accidents, complaints, suggestions, or areas for improvement.
- Click the “Submit” button to send your information to the Makwanpur District Police Office.
