February 11, Nepal defeated Oman on the ongoing 2021–22 Oman Quadrangular Series is a Twenty20 International (T20I) cricket tournament. Nepal won Oman by 6 wickets with 3 balls remaining. The match took place at Oman Cricket Academy Ground aka Al Amerat Cricket Stadium. It began with Nepal winning the toss and deciding to bowl first. Nepali batsman Dipendra Singh Airee was named Player of the Match as he scored 73* runs off 53 balls. Similarly, Aarif Sheikh and Aashif Sheikh scored 25 and 14 runs respectively.
The tournament is being participated by Nepal, Oman, United Arab Emirates and Ireland. The series will offer the teams for T20 World Cup Global Qualifier Group A’s preparation which will take place on 18 February 2022.
