Education, Science and Technology Minister Devendra Poudel has instructed to work to attract more students to the Public schools.
On Thursday, while training the head of the Education Coordination Unit, Minister Poudel instructed to improve the conditions of the Government school in terms of education to increase students’ interests and make them the centre of attraction for the students.
Collect the schools’ detailed information coordinating with the local level, said Minister Poudel. He added that the responsibility for improving the standards of the schools lies on them.
He also instructed to provide the necessary training for improving quality education, and he directed to coordinate of teachers’ training, teacher research and other promotional works, non-formal education, continuous education as well as inclusive education.
He said that the Teacher Service Commission is working on the revision of the rules of the Commission, and he requested to complete the work within the prescribed time. Minister Poudel has also instructed to work efficiently while working for adjustment works in the schools.
