Birgunj Metropolitan City Demands Explanation from 24 Teachers Simultaneously

During an inspection conducted by Rajeshman Singh, the head of the Metropolitan Municipality, it was discovered that 24 teachers, including the school principal, Anil Varnwal, were absent from Sri Nepal Rashtriya Vidyapeeth Madhyamik Vidyalaya Sripur. Consequently, the Metropolitan City has requested a comprehensive explanation from all those absent.
Mayor Singh clarified that although some teachers were physically present on school premises, they were not actively engaged in their duties, which prompted the demand for an explanation. Singh emphasized the urgency of resolving the shortage of teachers in schools to prevent any negative impact on the quality of education.
Additionally, Mayor Singh conducted inspections at Narsingh High School in Ward No. 14 Pipra and Shri Trijuddha Mahaveer Prasad Raghuveerram High School in Ward No. 4 on Sunday morning. Notably, both schools have recently transitioned to English-medium instruction. The Mayor assured immediate action to address the teacher shortage in these schools to ensure uninterrupted education for the students.
