Five persons from a single family went missing while they returned after playing in the snow in the Chandragiri hill.
The missing five – Rita Gurung, 23, Sauvagya, 15, Sahaj, 13, Jenisha, 11, and Yarbin, 7, were rescued by the police personnel deployed.
The family lost track and thus were unable to return to their home at Mahadevsthan in Chandragiri Municipality-6. They were rescued at 1:00 am, within 5 hours after they lost track, said the Superintendent of Police Dinesh Raj Mainali.
All five were later handed over to their family after necessary health checkups.
