Kathmandu. Nepal’s leading digital payment system FonePay Payment Services and payment service provider PrabhuPAY has collaborated.
On Wednesday, agreement was signed by FonePay’s Deputy Chief Executive Divas Sapkota and Chief Executive Vicky Shahi from PrabhuPAY on behalf of their company. With this agreement, PrabhuPAY has joined with FonePay network. PrabhuPAY users, from now on can easily pay through FonePay’s QR.
Collaboration with PrabhuPAY will further support our common goal of building a cashless economy. We also invite other payment service providers to join our network, said Sapkota, Deputy Chief Executive of FonePay.
Digital payments are now being popular with more than 1.5 crores mobile banking users. FonePay currently has more than 5.7 lakhs merchants, PrabhuPAY also has around 7 lakhs customers.
Recently, Khalti Digital Wallet has also collaborated with FonePay’s QR service. With the country’s leading digital wallet joining the FonePay network, more people have been able to scan QR and make various payments.
