Form Filling of MPhil Math 2nd Semester 2077

Introduction

Tribhuvan University, Institution of Science and Technology, Office of Dean, Office of Examination Board released a notice regarding the Examination FORM FILLING for the students of Masters Level, Master in Philosophy in Math (M.Phil Math) 2nd semester.

The notice was posted on 2079 Jestha 05.

Points to be Noted

• Checklist for the particular Central Department while sending out the Exam Forms;

1. Attendance of the examinees must be mentioned according to the regulation of TU on the exam form while sending.
2. Achievement tests of internal evaluation, as well as a separate list also is to be sent.
3. Not to fill out the examination form of the failed subject in the internal assessment. If the form is given, the examination of the said subject will be canceled automatically.
4. Subject-wise data needs to be given along with the form.

• Examination Fee;

1. Regular as well as Partial Exam:- Rs. 2,000/-

• Late Fee;

1. Deadline up to the first week from the payment date:- Rs. 2,000/-

• Exam Fee submission;
