PUBLIC HOLIDAY
The government of Nepal has granted two days HOLIDAY as per the decision by the spokesman of the Nepal Government, Information and Communication Technology Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki.
‘The Office hours will remain from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM beginning with Jestha 01, 2079 BS (2022 May 20)’ states, the Decision of the Council of Ministers. Having public holidays every weekend on both Saturdays and Sundays.
In order to reduce traffic jams as well as consumption of petroleum substances, a public announcement is being made based on suggestions from the Nepal Oil Corporation, which is also reviewed by the Council of Ministers.
