Kathmandu Youth Conclave (KYC 2021) will be held at Nepal Academy this Saturday. Targeting the youth, various colleges are going to hold this conference jointly. The event will be jointly organized by Universal College, New Summit College, Apollo International College, Kathmandu Model College, Phoenix College of Management, Sagarmatha Secondary School and Himalayan College of Engineering.
Around 5,000 youths from the 11th, 12th and undergraduate levels will be participating in the program. The program is expected to help in youth leadership development, management, and industrial skills development.
The conference will be attended by General Secretary of Nepali Congress Gagan Thapa, CEO of Nabil Bank Anil Keshari, Kathmandu Mayor Candidate and Rapper Balen Shah, Managing Director at Jawalakhel Group of Industries Raj Bahadur Shah, Chairman of Global IME Group Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Former Miss Nepal 2019 & Entrepreneur ‘Makkusé, Executive Director of Goldstar Shoes Vidushi Rana and others.
Participants are expected to share their knowledge and experience with the youth to help guide the new generation, promote entrepreneurship and bring about the necessary changes in traditional teaching methods.
