Former Map of Nepal
It has not been long since the new Map of Nepal was published, and it was when the Council of Ministers of Nepal announced the new map on 20 May 2020. Places like Kalapani, Lipulekh, and Limpiyadhura, which were originally part of Nepal but not available on the map, were again included in the map. The featured (on top) image of the map of Nepal demonstrates the new map of Nepal.
The former map of Nepal is presented below;
Map image of Nepal based on the Province
As mentioned in the table earlier, there are seven provinces in Nepal, and each province has different districts in it. There are 7 provinces categorized under different names;
Province 1 | Koshi |
Province 2 | Madhesh |
Province 3 | Bagmati |
Province 4 | Gandaki |
Province 5 | Lumbini |
Province 6 | Karnali |
Province 7 | Sudurpashchim |
Let us explore the districts of each province separately and based on the National Population and Housing Census 2021. For each district of each province, the population size and distribution, the Marital Status, Disability, and Birth Registration is figured out, where the Population Size and Distribution will be calculated separately for all 77 districts using the formula. Meanwhile, the Marital Status, Disability, and Birth Registration is calculated on the basis of the total census taken of each group of population, and the total population available in the district. For instance,
Marital Status
The marital status of any particular district is calculated in terms of never married, married, widow, and divorced, and the percentage is calculated in relevance to the overall available population. This calculation is done in terms of calculations and portrayed in the graph.
Disability
The Disability of any particular district is calculated with relevance to the overall population and multiplied by a hundred. The graph of the total percentage of Disabled people in terms of male, female, and total population is presented in the graph, for all the districts.
Birth Registration
There are some newborns and young population who have not registered their birth due to certain reasons and for each province, the number and graph are presented below.
