It has been Convenient for students of three districts and 5 five municipalities after a Campus in Tanahun started classes for Master Studies. Students and Parents are now happy as they no longer need to go out of their village for higher studies. After Tribhuvan Campus started the Master’s program in affiliation with Purbanchal University, the students of the Bhanu Municipality have the accessibility to a Master’s degree.

The students who weren’t financially stable had a hard time pursuing higher studies. Since the master’s program has been added, the students are happy due to the accessibility, said Campus Chief Rabindraraj Joshi. The 10-year-long effort is now meeting its ends.

The program added to the Tribhuvan Campus will ease the problem for the students of Bhanu Municipality of Tanahun, Sundarbazzar, MadhyaNepal, Rainnash Municipality of Lamjung, and Palungtar Municipality of Gorkha. The Mayor of Bhanu Municipality, Aanandaraj Tripathi said he is feeling proud seeing Bhanu Municipality was the first to introduce Master’s studies in the area. It has been hard for the students and their families to afford a living in the city, spending about 10,000 to 15,000 per month.

People with a minimum family wage had a hard time sending their children to higher studies, the students will now get an opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for brilliant students who couldn’t go to the city for their master’s studies, said Tek Bahadur Gurung, Chairman of the Campus Management Committee of the Tribhuvan Campus.

The Campus now has 277 students studying Bachelor’s studies. After completing their Bachelor they were bound to go to Damauli, Pokhara, Chitwan and other Cities, but now the situation isn’t so.
