In the Rural Municipality of Doti, Salyal, 48 children from Haliya families have been facilitated with free education material. Through the aid of a non-governmental foundation, Sam Bikas Kendra Doti the educational material was distributed for free cost by Dharmaraj Joshi, chairman of Rural Municipality of Salyal.
Due to a large number of children from the Haliya community among the students who dropped out of school, free support has been provided for the continuation of their studies, according to Adhiraj BC, president of Sam Bikas Kendra Nepal.
