Farwestern University 3rd Convocation Announcement

Introduction

This is a notice for eligible students who wish to participate in Farwestern University’s 3rd Convocation. Students who passed graduation and post-graduate exams between September 17, 2021, to November 16, 2022, can fill out the application form from February 22, 2023, to March 22, 2023, at the Examination Control Office or affiliated campuses.

The application form can be collected by paying Rs. 50 and must include two MRP-size photographs, a copy of the citizenship certificate, a copy of transcript, and a grace number check.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only students who passed graduation and post-graduate exams between September 17, 2021, to November 16, 2022, are eligible to fill the application form.

Form Collection Centers:

  • Interested students can fill their application form at Farwestern University Examination Control Office or affiliated campuses between February 22, 2023, to March 22, 2023.
  • The affiliated campuses where the application form can be filled are Darchula Multiple Campus, Gokuleswar Multiple Campus, Jagannath Multiple Campus, Tikapur Multiple Campus, Durga Lakshmi Multiple Campus, Jai Prithvi Multiple Campus, and Badimalika Campus.

Application Form Details:

  • The application form will be available from February 22, 2023.
  • The form can be collected by paying Rs. 50 at the Examination Control Office or related center.
  • Students must attach two MRP-size photographs, a copy of their citizenship certificate, a copy of transcript, and a grace number check with the application form.
  • Payment for the convocation fee and gown/scarf fee must be made as per the specified instructions and deposited in the designated account.

Submission Details:

  • To obtain their convocation slip, students are required to submit the application form and bank voucher to either the Farwestern University Examination Control Office or the designated form collection center.
  • After submitting the form, students should collect the income receipt and grace number that are specified on the application form.

Additional Information:

  • Students who failed the exam, are not on the grace list, or submitted their application form after the deadline will be ineligible.
  • An extra charge of Rs. 250 (non-refundable) will be applicable for parents who have been transferred.
  • To attend the ceremony, both the convocation fee and the gown/scarf fee need to be paid.

To participate in the convocation ceremony, students are required to pay the convocation fee and gown/scarf fee as per the specified instructions and deposit the payment in the designated account. The application form, along with the bank voucher, should be submitted either to the Farwestern University Examination Control Office or the form collection center.
