I. Course Information

Chemistry is the scientific study of matter and the properties, composition, structure, and reactions of substances. It involves understanding the behavior and interactions of atoms, molecules, and ions to explain the physical and chemical phenomena observed in the natural world. Chemistry has many branches, including organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, and biochemistry, among others. It has numerous practical applications in fields such as medicine, materials science, agriculture, and environmental science.
