Plagiarism Detection Software To Control Intellectual Theft -Tribhuvan University

Introduction:

Tribhuvan University (TU) has recently issued a notice requesting all its campuses, central departments, affiliated campuses, and other bodies to obtain user IDs for the plagiarism detection software. The university has been utilizing this software, known as the “Plagiarism Detector Software,” since 2077 to control cases of intellectual theft in research work at undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate levels.

However, due to some agencies not yet acquiring the required user IDs, TU has made this announcement urging them to contact the University Central Library to obtain the necessary user IDs. The implementation of this software aims to tackle plagiarism in various educational programs such as theses, project work, field reports, internship reports, and term papers.
