Kathmandu: Tribhuvan University will hold its 49th Convocation Ceremony on December 18, 2023, at Dasharath Rangshala in Tripureshwor.
Eligibility:
Students who passed their semester/yearly exams for Bachelor, Master, M.Phil, or Ph.D. and received their transcript between June 15, 2022, and June 15, 2023 (Ashadh 01, 2079 to Jestha 32, 2080) are eligible to apply.
Fee Description:
Bachelor level: Convocation Fee: 2,200 NPR, Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500 NPR, Total: 3,700 NPR
Masters and M.Phil level: Convocation Fee: 2700 NPR, Gown, and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500 NPR, Total: 4200 NPR
PhD level: Convocation Fee: 3200 NPR, Gown and Scurf Deposit Fee: 1500 NPR, Total: 4700 NPR

Return of Convocation Gown/ Scarf/ Cap:
- Submission date: Poush 03 to Poush 15, 2080

Dress Code:
- Male students: Coat, pants, tie, and hat along with the gown/scarf provided by TU
- Female students: Formal attire or saree, blouse, and the gown/scarf cap provided by TU
