CMAT Preparations Syllabus

OVERVIEW

CMAT is a highly competitive test conducted annually by Tribhuvan University for students all over Nepal who aspire to study the BBM, BHM, BIM, BMTM, BMS, BPA, BBA, and BBA-F courses affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) test is mandatory for all the students who want to join the courses enlisted above.

The test is conducted in August or September after the announcement of Grade 12 results. The test is a total of 100 marks containing 4 sections to test the students in different aspects such as English, Mathematics, General knowledge, and Logics or IQ. Students from different educational backgrounds can participate in this test, passing this test will open doors to many possibilities.

Eligibility

For the CMAT test in Nepal, candidates/students who have obtained a minimum of grade D+ in all subjects of the 11th and 12th grades with CGPA 1.8 or more or who have achieved second division marks in the 10+ 2 are eligible for taking the CMAT entrance examination. Or Students who are waiting for grade 11 and grade 12 results can also apply. However, they have to submit a passed certificate of grades 11 and 12 at the time of admission.

CMAT Preparation Syllabus

The CMAT test is divided into 4 sections, testing four different abilities of the students. The syllabus for all the Sections of the CMAT test is given below:

CMAT Syllabus For Verbal Ability (English)

In Verbal Ability Section, the students are tested for their English Ability. The following topics will be included in the Verbal Ability Syllabus.
