EDUCATION NEWS IN NEPAL
Introduction:
The scholarship program was announced in response to the budget and program for the fiscal year 2080-81. The government of Nepal has recognized the importance of technical education and is committed to providing equal educational opportunities for all students, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
The scholarship program is open to all underprivileged students who have not had the opportunity to pursue technical education. Students must be citizens of Nepal and must have completed their secondary education.
A total of 200 scholarships will be awarded, with 80 scholarships allocated for the pre-diploma level and 120 scholarships for the diploma level. These scholarships will be reserved for underprivileged students who have not had the opportunity to pursue technical education.
Interested students can submit their applications online or at any CTEVT office. The application form is available on the CTEVT website. The application fee is waived.
The deadline for submitting applications is Friday, August 8th. The entrance exam will be conducted on Saturday, August 16th at 11:00 am.
The scholarship program will cover the full cost of tuition, books, and fees for students who are accepted. Students will also receive a monthly stipend to help with living expenses.
